Responsibility:

• Have good communication skills
• Have the responsibility to maintain the quality of the application

2. SIT LEAD

Qualification:

Responsibility:

• Ability to lead and manage SIT Tester
• Have the ability to provide direction/transfer knowledge to the SIT Tester
• Have the ability to use testing tools

• Thorough, diligent and able to work under strict targets that have been set
• Understand the testing stages in SDLC
• Understand the system testing process, and be able to identify potential operational risks that may arise

3. UAT TESTER

Qualification:

• Minimum 1 year IT experience
• Ability to use MS. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Responsibility:

• Develop and prepare documentation for reports and presentations including: Development, Testing, Production Issue/Incident
• Develop a guidance document for the use of the system/application in the form of a User Manual
• Understand the concept of SDLC
• Have good communication skills
• Responsible for maintaining the quality of the system’s technical documentation

6. PERFORMANCE ENVIRONMENT SUPPORT

Qualification:

• Minimum S1 Informatics/Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum GPA above 3.00
• Minimum 1 year experience as Performance Environment Support
• Have attended Performance Environment Support training/workshops

Responsibility:

• Have good logical and analytical skills and problem solving
• Thorough, diligent and able to work under strict targets that have been set
• Understand the system testing process, and be able to identify potential operational risks that may arise
• Understand the testing stages in SDLC
• Organize Environment Support according to the needs of the tester
• Have good communication skills
• Have the responsibility to maintain the quality of the application

7. BUSINESS ANALYST

Qualification:

• Minimum S1 Informatics/Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum GPA above 3.00
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Business Analyst
• Have attended software manual testing training/workshops
